Role Summary Part-time offline (in-person) tutor responsible for teaching Indonesian as a foreign language (BIPA) to Korean-speaking learners in Kota Tangerang. Responsibilities - Plan and deliver offline lessons for Korean-speaking learners - Create and adapt learning materials to learner level and goals - Assess learner progress through assignments and structured feedback - Conduct classes and respond to learner questions - Adjust teaching strategies based on individual learner needs - Collaborate with Lister's academic team on curriculum alignment - Maintain attendance and performance records - Participate in training meetings Required Qualifications - Strong proficiency in Indonesian (BIPA) and Korean, with the ability to explain concepts clearly across both languages - Teaching, tutoring, or language coaching experience, preferably in Indonesian as a foreign language - Lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and engaging learning-material creation skills - Effective communication, cultural sensitivity, and support for learners with diverse backgrounds - Strong time management and organizational ability to handle multiple classes - Bachelor's degree in Education, Language Studies, Linguistics, Korean/Indonesian Studies, or a related field preferred - Language teaching certifications or BIPA-related training is an advantage Position Details - Seniority Level: Entry level - Employment Type: Part-time - Industry: Language School - Location: Kota Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia
