About the Company: PT. Daewoong Pharmaceutical Indonesia supports healthcare growth through pharmaceutical development, product launches, medical collaboration, and Korea-Indonesia team execution.
Job Overview: The Administration Executive serves as the operational backbone for the Ethical Marketing team, handling end-to-end administration, travel/logistics, vendor coordination, finance documentation, contract follow-up, sales reporting, and executive support across Korean and Indonesian stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel, accommodations, visas, and itineraries
- Support meetings, workshops, congresses, symposia, launch events, and KOL visits
- Manage vendor coordination, quotations, bookings, invoices, and payment readiness
- Coordinate purchase requests, reimbursements, cash advances, and finance documentation
- Support contract, MoU, and legal documentation follow-up
- Collect, validate, consolidate, and report sales and operational data
- Coordinate professionally with internal teams, Korean HQ, vendors, hospitals, and KOLs
- Translate/clarify Korean-Indonesian business communication and document follow-ups
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Korean Studies, Pharmacy, or related field
- 1-3 years administration, marketing support, operations, executive support, or event/logistics experience
- Daily Korean communication capability (able to communicate well in Korean for daily coordination with Korean managers/HQ); fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia also required
- Strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data consolidation and reporting
- Detail-oriented, responsive, accountable, organized, service-minded
Preferred: Pharmaceutical/healthcare/Korean company or multinational environment experience; Korean language certification or proven Korean stakeholder experience.
