Administrative Assistant & Korean Interpreter/Translator
A Korean company seeks a proactive, organized individual as primary liaison in Indonesia, ensuring smooth communication between Korean headquarters and local partners while providing administrative support and market research.
Location: Remote initially (~3 months), then on-site in Jakarta Raya (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp 10,000,000 - Rp 15,000,000/month
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as local point of contact in Indonesia
- Handle administrative tasks for Korean representative
- Conduct market research
- Provide interpretation services during business trips
- Respond to Korean office requests
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Additional Duties:
- Manage social media content for company SNS accounts (minor portion)
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Korean with business-level interpretation ability
- Minimum 2 years work experience (3+ years preferred)
- Administrative work capability
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent remote work ability
- Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Social media content creation experience
- Hospitality industry background
- English or Chinese proficiency
