Vinschool is hiring an Admissions Executive (Korean Speaking) based at Ocean Park (Gia Lam) or Giang Vo (Ba Dinh), Hanoi. Responsibilities: - Manage Korean-speaking family enquiries through the entire admissions cycle: consultation, school tours, applications and enrollment - Coordinate virtual consultations, school tours, Open Days and parent meetings - Support Korean community outreach and international family engagement - Maintain CRM records with accurate lead information and follow-up actions - Provide weekly marketing feedback on lead quality, parent concerns and campaign performance - Adapt admissions materials for Korean-speaking families where needed Requirements: - Fluent Korean and good English; Vietnamese is an advantage - Background in school admissions, education consulting, customer service or community relations - Strong communication skills and CRM proficiency - Professional demeanor suitable for representing a premium school - Cultural understanding of Korean/international family expectations in Vietnam Benefits: Vinmec health insurance, full Labor Code benefits, Vingroup discounts, professional development and a dynamic work environment.
