Project Manager (Korean Speaking)

Manage end-to-end software development projects for Korean clients. Monitor project progress, quality, scope, timeline, and resource allocation. Coordinate with Dev, QA, BA, and stakeholders for effective delivery. Work directly with clients in meetings, reporting, and issue handling. Participate in presale activities: clarify requirements, estimate effort and cost, prepare proposals and delivery approaches. Collaborate with Sales/BD teams to expand accounts and identify new business opportunities. Contribute to delivery process improvement and project operation management. Requirements: minimum 3 years of project management experience in software development or IT outsourcing with international clients; strong project management, stakeholder management, and risk management skills; proficient in Korean communication; proactive mindset, strong ownership, business-oriented thinking; PMP certificate required. Preferred: presale or solution discussion experience, technical or development background, onsite or customer-facing role experience.
