B2B Operations Associate (Beauty Retail Industry) Company: WECRUIT LAB INDONESIA Location: Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya Job Type: Full time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced B2B Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this contract role, you will be responsible for handle all end-to-end B2B operations, covering order intake, shipment, claims, settlement, and reporting process for the Korean Global Beauty Brand Corporation. Responsibilities: 1. Manage MT channel operations (Watson, Guardian, Alfamidi, etc) 2. Collect and consolidate B2B purchase orders 3. Oversee the full order fulfillment process 4. Handle and resolve claims in coordination with relevant stakeholders 5. Coordinate closely with the logistics team and 3PL partners 6. Manage post-import inventory and stock monitoring 7. Prepare weekly sales recap reports 8. Maintain and update customer database 9. Provide pre / post-sales operational support 10. Prepare regular operational and performance reports Requirements: - At least 3-4 years of experience in Operations or Sales Administration (Prefer someone working in a cosmetic field) - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field - Having strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) - Mandatory having experience in inventory management - Basic understanding of logistics processes - Strong communication skills - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability - Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment - Proactive and accountable work attitude - Fluency in English is required.
