Beauty Consultant (Korean-Indonesian Speaker) — PT. ATOP Medical, BSD, Tangerang. The Beauty Consultant serves as a patient companion and communication bridge between Korean doctors and Indonesian patients, managing the complete patient experience from initial consultation through post-care follow-up. Responsibilities: - Accompany patients during consultations and bridge communication between Korean doctors and Indonesian patients. - Provide information and education on services, procedures, pre-treatment preparation, and recovery. - Manage consultation schedules, procedure reservations, and coordinate patient needs with the medical team. - Ensure administrative completeness and patient documentation per clinic procedures. - Conduct pre- and post-procedure follow-ups and maintain positive patient relationships. - Support international patient care through Korean and Indonesian communication. Qualifications: - Minimum D3/S1 education, any field. - Active Korean and Indonesian language proficiency, spoken and written: "Mampu berbahasa Korea dan Indonesia secara aktif (lisan dan tulisan)". - Strong communication, presentation, and customer service abilities. - Prior experience in beauty consultation, customer service, patient coordination, sales, or hospitality preferred. - Full-time availability in BSD, Tangerang required.
