Brand & Content Marketing Associate (Korean Speaker) Zarada Indonesia | Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya (Hybrid) | Full-time Salary: Rp 6,000,000 - Rp 9,000,000 per month About ZARADA: Premium semi-permanent makeup brand headquartered in South Korea with presence in Singapore, Indonesia, and other markets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and collaborate with influencers aligned with brand target audience - Manage influencer partnership communication and coordination - Plan and oversee content production (video, etc.) - Develop campaign proposals aligned with marketing objectives - Manage end-to-end project timelines from planning to final production - Analyze collaboration results and generate performance insights - Develop monthly marketing strategies and conduct performance analysis Content Planning & Production: - Plan and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms - Prepare creative briefs for shoots and campaigns - Coordinate content with Korean artist - Ensure brand tone and visual identity consistency - Analyze content performance and optimize strategies Lead Management & Customer Conversion: - Handle initial customer consultations and reservation conversions - Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram DM - Support premium service booking communication strategies - Assist with customer communication during Korean artist visit projects Required Qualifications: - Business-level English communication skills - Korean language skills - Marketing or content creation experience - Strong understanding of social media trends - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work with targets and deadlines - Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive approach Preferred Qualifications: - Premium service or beauty brand experience - Brand building experience - Influencer collaboration management experience - Familiarity with data-driven tools (Google Sheets, Notion, CRM) - Global brand environment experience Working Conditions: - 3-month probation period subject to evaluation for permanent employment - Opportunity to collaborate with Korea headquarters and Singapore branch
