Responsibility

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Support project planning activities including scope definition, timeline management, and resource coordination.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
- Support multiple projects in parallel while maintaining effective communication and reporting.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Korean for business communication (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management roles.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
