Bridge System Engineer (Korean Speaking) (All levels)

Bridge System Engineer (BSE) acting as communication liaison between Korean clients and Vietnam-based development teams, facilitating requirement gathering, system analysis, project coordination, and communication. Key responsibilities: serve as primary liaison between Korean customers and development teams in Vietnam; gather, analyze and clarify business and system requirements from Korean stakeholders; translate business requirements, technical specifications and project documents between Korean and English/Vietnamese; collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers and customers throughout the SDLC; conduct requirement analysis and create functional specifications, use cases and system design documents; support estimation, planning and project tracking; coordinate meetings and workshops with customers and internal teams; monitor project progress, identify risks and communicate mitigation plans; support testing activities including UAT and defect clarification; assist in pre-sales activities and proposal preparation. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; Korean proficiency TOPIK Level 5 minimum (Level 6 preferred); business-level English; 2-5 years experience in software development, business analysis, system engineering or bridge system engineering; strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum or Waterfall. Preferred: previous experience with Korean clients or offshore development projects; hands-on experience with Java, .NET, React, Angular, mobile development, cloud or data solutions; familiarity with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
