Business Analyst (Korean TOPIK 5+)

Mô tả công việc Work closely with Korean clients to collect requirements and understand business needs Assist end users with system issues via chat or phone Analyze business processes and prepare clear documents for development and operation teams Handle Change Requests, Incidents, and Service Requests in the AMS support model Create and maintain system documents Support developers and Project Manager during development, testing, and release phases Support system operations by investigating issues, finding root causes, and suggesting solutions Translate documents between Korean and Vietnamese when needed Support the PM in managing backlog, tracking progress, and daily operations. Yêu cầu ứng viên Language Skills: Korean proficiency equivalent to TOPIK Level 5 up (able to communicate directly with Korean clients) Professional Skills: 1–3 years of experience confident in communicating and working effectively with Korean customers, ensuring smooth collaboration and customer satisfaction. Strong analytical skills and ability to create clear and high-quality documents Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Experience in the AI domain is a plus Working time: KR time (7-16VNT) Soft Skills: Good communication skills. Experienced and confident in collaborating with Korean clients in software development projects.
