BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (WORKING IN THÁI BÌNH)

DAEWOO E&C VINA is hiring 1 Business Development Specialist to work in Thai Binh (Lo MG01-01, Vincom Shophouse Thai Binh, De Tham ward, Thai Binh City, Thai Binh Province). Job description: assist in overall business development activities and maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends and conditions; support departmental operations including verification of legal basis and compliance checks; stay current with real estate policies, processes and reporting requirements to support business development leadership; monitor market trends, legal approval procedures and regulations, and assist leaders in sourcing potential investors; compile information and produce required reports; prepare documents for General Meetings of Shareholders and Board of Directors meetings and record the minutes; manage Business Development Department documents such as reports, contracts, contract amendments, contract liquidations and meeting minutes; collect, scan and upload digital copies to the server and organize and store physical documents; maintain relationships with government authorities and local partners; and carry out additional tasks assigned by management. Requirements: university degree in business, finance, real estate, law or foreign languages; 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in real estate; good English communication skills to work with foreign managers; Korean language communication skills preferred; proficiency with office computer software and document management tools.
