Position: Cell & Organoid Culture Research Manager at Daewoong Indonesia (UI-Daewoong Research Center). Location: Depok, Indonesia. Full-time, Senior mid-level. The UI-Daewoong Research Center represents a strategic collaboration between Universitas Indonesia and Daewoong, focusing on advanced biotechnology, organoid research, and translational science. Key Responsibilities: - Culture, maintain, and optimize cells and organoids with routine quality monitoring - Conduct molecular/cellular assays (cell viability, qPCR, Western blot, ELISA, flow cytometry) - Perform metabolism and functional assays (CYP3A4/CYP1A2 activity, urea/bile acid production, ATP viability) - Execute histological and imaging analyses (IF, IHC, ICG uptake, CDFDA staining) - Maintain experimental documentation and data integrity - Support laboratory operations (reagent prep, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting) - Manage training activities for internal education programs Required Qualifications: - Master's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related field - Hands-on CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing experience (KO/KI) - Proven gene overexpression system building (lentivirus, plasmid transfection, mRNA) - Technical proficiency in cloning, Western blot, qPCR, FACS with data analysis - Clonal selection experience and stable cell line establishment - Strong English communication (written and verbal) - Demonstrated biological laboratory operations experience Preferred Qualifications: - Master's or PhD in relevant field - Metabolism assays and functional readout experience - Histology/immunostaining and imaging analysis experience - Korean language skill (advantage) - Training program operation and management support experience
