Customer Expert (Korean Native Speaker) — Teleperformance, Bali. We are looking for a Customer Expert (Korean Native Speaker) to join our growing team in Bali. You will support Korean and English speaking customers, provide guidance, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service while working closely with international teams. Requirements: - Open to Foreign Nationals only. - Fluent level of Korean and English (spoken & written). - Experience studying or working in a Korean-speaking environment, or communicating with Korean customers/communities, is a plus. - Education: minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree. - Experience in Customer Service & Contact Center will be highly valued. - Willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
