Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email/chat
- Assist with order status and tracking
- Coordinate with logistics providers on delayed/lost packages
- Maintain organized records of orders and refunds
- Report issues and support resolutions
- Handle refund/reshipment cases
- Maintain professional communication
Requirements:
- Intermediate English and Korean fluency
