Customer Service Executive (Korean & English)

Minh Phuc Transformation JSC (MPT, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City) is hiring a Customer Service Executive with Korean and English. Schedule Mon-Fri 06:00-15:00, full-time. Responsibilities: handle customer inquiries via phone/email/chat, support flight bookings, check-in, reservations and travel requests, consult on travel packages and hotel services, meet performance targets, prepare reports. Requirements: college or bachelor's degree, Korean TOPIK Level 5+ (Level 4 with July exam plans acceptable), TOEIC 700+ English, customer service/travel/airline experience preferred (training provided, Amadeus GDS). Fresh graduates with strong Korean and English are welcome. Salary up to 20 million VND, 100% salary during probation, full statutory insurance.
