• CS management experience 3+ years
• Leadership & problem solving

• Manage CS team (15 people)
• Handle escalation (especially Korean customers)
• Service quality improvement
• Reporting ke Korea HQ
• Training & development
Salary: Rp 16.000.000 - Rp 24.000.000
