TP (Teleperformance) is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Korean Speaking, based in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to hotel reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments
- Communicate with hotels and accommodation partners via phone and email
- Manage various customer cases including booking confirmation, payment issues, and cancellations
- Provide multi-channel customer support through phone, chat, and email
Job Requirements:
- No specific education or experience required (fresh graduates welcome)
- Korean speaking ability required
- Strong customer service mindset
- English communication skills required (business-level preferred; OPIC IH or above is a plus)
- Experience handling overseas customers is advantageous
- Basic IT skills (PC usage, information search, work tools)
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in fast-changing environments
- 3 weeks of structured training provided; live operations begin week 4
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual total compensation: approximately KRW 33,000,000 to KRW 38,000,000
