Customer Support Specialist - Korean Speaking, based at TP Malaysia (Penang). Full-time, entry-level; relocation to Penang required. Salary RM6,100-RM8,500 all-inclusive. Requirements: diploma or degree (any field); fluent Korean with TOPIK certification; English proficiency CEFR B1+; 6+ months customer support experience preferred (not mandatory); fresh graduates in English/Communications encouraged; typing 40 WPM minimum with 90% accuracy; proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Desired competencies: excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; customer-centric approach; composure and professionalism under pressure; receptiveness to feedback and continuous learning; team collaboration and critical thinking. Responsibilities: support customers via chat, email, and voice channels; process inquiries, payments, and orders; protect customer data and privacy compliance; escalate complex issues appropriately; contribute to service quality improvements; complete training and meet performance targets.
