Key Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal Korean communication
- Korean Language Proficiency certification (TOPIK)
- Customer service or gaming industry experience preferred
- Passion for online games; familiarity with MMORPG and Ragnarok Online IP preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- CRM software and ticketing system experience
- Ability to empathize and de-escalate situations
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends
- On-site capability; remote work possible as needed
