Position: Customer Support Operator (South Korea) - Remote, Full-time (Night Shifts)

Seeking a customer support operator fluent in Korean for a remote team. Work conducted entirely in Korean (client communication); English and Russian required for internal company interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Process client inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Provide consultations and client support within internal guidelines
- Escalate complex cases to responsible staff and monitor resolution
Requirements:
- 1+ year customer support experience and/or iGaming sector background
- Korean: B2-C1 level (primary working language - Корейский: уровень B2-C1, основной рабочий язык)
- English: B2+ level (internal communication)
- Russian: confident working proficiency (team communication language)
- Willingness to work stable night shifts
Schedule: Remote, full-time, 2/2 schedule, night shifts 19:00-07:00 Moscow Time
Compensation: Probation 5,000 RUB per 12-hour shift; Post-probation 6,000 RUB per 12-hour shift
