Customer Support Specialist - Korean Speaking (Relocate to Penang)

Location: Penang, Malaysia (Relocation from Jakarta Raya, Indonesia)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM6,100 - RM8,500 (All-in Package)
Intake: March - April
Channels: Voice, Chat, Email
Requirements/Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
• Diploma or Degree in any field
• 6+ months experience in customer support (preferred, not required)
• Fresh graduates in English/Communications-related fields encouraged
Language Skills:
• Fluent in Korean (Proven by TOPIK certificate)
• English proficiency (CEFR B1+)
Technical Skills:
• Typing: 40 wpm, 90% accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & general computer use

Responsibilities:
• Support customers via chat & email
• Handle inquiries, payments, and order processing
