PT MyVenus Network Indonesia is hiring a Customer Support Specialist (Korean, English, Indonesian) in the medical aesthetics field. Handle inquiries via Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp from English- and Indonesian-speaking patients; guide customers through the inquiry-to-payment process with warm, reassuring communication; accurately translate patient concerns to Korean coordinators; learn plastic surgery and dermatology terminology; update CRM/Notion records; and assist with KOL influencer outreach while coordinating with the Korea HQ, Marketing, and Operations teams. Requirements: fluent English (IELTS 6.5+), conversational-to-business Korean (TOPIK Level 3-4+), social media customer service experience, fast typing, organized and detail-oriented, and familiarity with CRM/Notion/Slack. Preferred: medical tourism or healthcare background. Location: Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya.
