Role Responsibilities Deliver structured Korean language lessons using the company curriculum and technology-enhanced tools. Plan and prepare lessons; create interactive learning activities; assess student progress via assignments, quizzes, and speaking practice. Utilize AI-based learning platforms and digital tools supporting listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Maintain student performance records; collaborate with educators and school partners; participate in training and curriculum development; support partner school events and demonstrations. Required Qualifications - Strong Korean language proficiency (spoken and written), preferably at an advanced level, with the ability to explain grammar, vocabulary, and cultural context - Teaching or tutoring experience in Korean language education or a related field - Lesson planning and classroom management skills - Digital tool and AI platform literacy - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Learner-centered teaching approach - Bachelor's degree in Education, Korean Language, Linguistics, or related field (preferred) - Teaching certifications advantageous - Willingness to work full-time on-site in Jepara and collaborate with school partners and internal teams - Organized, responsible, proactive; adaptable to STEAM environments Seniority Level: Mid-to-Senior
