Data Annotator (Korean-speaking)

Data Annotator (Korean-speaking) at TELUS Digital in Hanoi, Vietnam. Full-time, associate level. Key responsibilities: perform fine-grained labeling on music and sound effects data including instrument identification, genre, rhythm, emotion and structure; identify music genres, traditional instruments and culture-specific sounds using natural expressions that conform to the conventions of the target language; complete self-checks and quality reviews per guidelines; analyze rejected cases and address similar issues. Requirements: native or fluent Korean speaker with a good level of proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing; ability to judge regional accents, colloquialisms and cultural context; professional English communication capability; background in music production, composition, audio editing, sound design or film/TV sound; strong music discrimination skills across instrumentation, rhythm, tonality, form and emotion; ability to identify popular music, film and TV scores and traditional instruments from the target region; professional audio discrimination including distinguishing realistic versus special effects and vocal post-processing; ability to identify audio issues such as noise, distortion, hum and abnormal reverberation.
