Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant to CEO at Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia (Jakarta Selatan). Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, ensuring seamless management of strategic priorities, schedules, and commitments. Coordinate complex calendars, executive meetings, board engagements, investor meetings, and stakeholder interactions. Prepare executive presentations, board papers, business reviews, strategic reports, and confidential correspondence. Manage sensitive communications and confidential information with the highest discretion. Coordinate domestic and international business travel arrangements with detailed itineraries. Act as key liaison between the CEO, Board of Directors, senior leadership, shareholders, and external stakeholders. Monitor and follow up on strategic initiatives and executive decisions. Support administrative matters for expatriate documentation and corporate governance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Secretary or relevant field; minimum 3 years supporting C-level/Directors (fresh graduates welcome); multinational, financial services, banking, or insurance experience preferred; strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills with Korean fluency advantageous (minimum TOPIK 5); advanced Microsoft Office and presentation preparation proficiency.
