About the Role: oversee daily production operations, ensure strict quality standards, optimize manufacturing efficiency, bridge communication with international stakeholders. What You'll Do: Oversee and optimize daily factory operations (production, quality control, maintenance, supply chain). Implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and halal certifications. Manage, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture among the plant workforce. Bridge communication and report progress directly to Korean management/stakeholders. Requirements: Solid background in Food Manufacturing. Native or professional fluency in Korean (written and spoken). Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or Food Technology. Proven experience as Factory/Plant Manager for 5-10 years. Strong understanding of food manufacturing machinery, production planning (PPIC), cost control. Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication. Plus: studied in China or Mandarin fluency.
