Finance Staff (Site based - North Sumatera) Company: PT LX International Indonesia Location: Toba Samosir, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia Job Type: Full time CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Economics/Management/Banking is Mandatory 2. Having at least 2 years of experience in finance, strong background on Treasury 3. Strong knowledge of petty cash management, expense control, and financial reporting 4. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage financial documentation accurately 5. Proficiency in English both written and spoken is Mandatory (Korean Speaker is a Plus) 6. Good communication and coordination skills, good work ethic, able to work in team or individually 7. Willing to be placed and work at remote area (preferably Toba Regency/Pematang Siantar/Medan resident) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prepare daily and monthly expense reports, including expenditure analysis, estimation and budget monitoring 2. Manage petty cash transactions, journals, payment requests, closing reports, cash balance declarations and other required financial reports as required 3. Control and monitor site financial activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and Indonesian regulations 4. Perform bank withdrawals and verify transaction accuracy to maintain cash balance integrity 5. Prepare documents and reports required for monthly and period-end financial closing related to site expenditures 6. Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation (softcopy and hardcopy) 7. Prepare and review financial-related contracts, agreements, and powers of attorney to ensure accuracy and validity 8. Coordinate with Site and Jakarta Management and Finance Team to support smooth financial operations 9.
