General Administration (Tim Sekertaris)

Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate executive domestic and international business trips
- Manage office administration, including correspondence, physical and digital document filing
- Support secretarial functions: schedule meetings, reserve meeting rooms, coordinate executive travel
- Handle general company communications, schedule executive appointments, answer phones, professionally receive guests
- Prepare periodic administrative reports as instructed
- Carefully review document drafts from internal and external sources
Requirements:
- Positive attitude with leadership and colleagues
- Female, maximum age 30 years
- Minimum D3/S1 degree (any major; related fields preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience (fresh graduates welcome if qualified)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; online meeting platforms
- Strong communication, professional appearance, information confidentiality
- Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, responsible, good time management
- Available for urgent weekend contact
- Good workplace adaptability and team coordination
- Fluent English (required)
- Korean language ability is an added value (Kemampuan berbahasa Korea menjadi nilai tambah)
