About the Role:
Premium Korean aesthetic clinic seeking a service-driven professional from luxury hospitality or premium service backgrounds to deliver five-star, personalized medical experiences for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Enquiry & Pre-Visit Experience:
- Respond to patient enquiries professionally
- Provide accurate information on treatments, procedures, and pricing
- Understand patient goals and recommend solutions
- Coordinate appointments and pre-visit preparation
Five-Star In-Clinic Journey:
- Welcome and accompany patients with polished presence
- Coordinate consultations with specialist doctors
- Anticipate patient needs for personalized experience
- Work with medical and front office teams for seamless service
Post-Treatment Care & Relationship Management:
- Conduct post-treatment follow-ups and recovery check-ins
- Monitor patient progress with care and discretion
- Coordinate review appointments and ongoing care
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in luxury service environment (5-star hotel, high-end clinic, premium hospitality)
- Background in Guest Relations, Front Office or Patient Coordination highly preferred
- Excellent communication in English, Korean, and Bahasa Indonesia (Korean proficiency advantageous)
- Well-groomed, professional, confident in client-facing situations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in developing, fast-paced environment with evolving processes
