Responsibilities: greet VIP and frequent guests with high-standard service; manage check-in/check-out procedures and introduce hotel amenities; maintain guest interaction, address issues, and send personalized correspondence for special occasions; record and professionally handle feedback and complaints; introduce hotel services (spa, dining, activities) to enhance satisfaction; act as liaison between guests and departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering); monitor satisfaction metrics across social media and OTA platforms; encourage guest reviews.
