Guest Relations Officer (Korean Speaker) | AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta Company: AYANA Hospitality Location: AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta Employment Type: Full-time | Entry-level Responsibilities: - Review arrival lists to welcome guests - Attend to special/VIP guests and address inquiries - Prepare welcome folders with collateral materials (menus, descriptions) - Provide amenities, area, and venue information; promote services - Anticipate guest needs and build customer rapport - Assist with travel arrangements, messages, and tasks - Address complaints; escalate to Guest Relations Manager as needed - Ensure compliance with health and quality standards Requirements: - Fluent Korean; proficient English - Minimum 1 year guest relations or similar role experience (luxury hospitality preferred) - Hotel management software (OPERA) experience advantageous - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Customer-oriented with positive attitude - Diploma in Rooms Division or Hotel Management (bachelor's degree desirable)
