Responsibilities: Develop and deliver materials - plan, prepare and deliver interactive, effective and enjoyable Korean language learning materials in line with the institution's curriculum. Teach various levels - able to teach Korean classes from beginner/basic to intermediate/advanced, for both private and regular classes. Evaluate student progress - prepare exams, monitor student progress periodically, and give constructive feedback. Class management - create a conducive, active and motivating class atmosphere that encourages students to practice listening, speaking, reading and writing. Curriculum development - actively participate in modifying or developing digital/print teaching materials relevant to current education trends. Class administration - report attendance, grades, and periodic progress to management in a timely manner.
