Strategic Sourcing: Lead fair tender processes and establish long-term, ethical supplier partnerships. Value & Savings: Launch cost-saving initiatives (re-engineering, volume pooling) and report performance regionally. Operations & Compliance: Monitor the PO process, manage the supplier database, and ensure compliance. Local Development: Identify and scale local suppliers to become regional champions. We Are Looking For We seek a highly experienced purchasing leaders: Category Sourcing Strategy: Strong background in FMCG sourcing, particularly for marketing and merchandising. Negotiation & Contract Management: Expert negotiator with the ability to manage complex contracts with Legal. Analytical Acumen: Advanced MS Office skills to analyze value, track KPIs, and forecast savings. Stakeholder Influence: Fluent in English with the confidence to present to regional leadership. Supplier Relationship Management & Ethics: Deep commitment to integrity, managing social audits and ethical standards.
