Position: HR & GA Supervisor at PT TGL Indonesia Logistics. Location: Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. Full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, evaluate performance, and motivate team members
- Organize HR & GA documents and employee data (BPJS, Income Tax Article 21, etc.)
- Execute strategic planning and evaluate business and employment operations
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including facilities, supplies, equipment maintenance
- Manage office budget and expenses; negotiate vendor contracts
- Oversee daily operations across teams: sales/marketing, customer service, field operations, financial management
- Prepare periodic HR reports for headquarters in Korea
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards
- Identify risks and formulate preventive measures
- Serve as bridge between branch and HQ for smooth information flow
- Process and follow up employee contract evaluations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Law, or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in Korean, English, and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) - required
- 3-5 years in similar position; 1-2 years at HR supervisor/manager level
- Strong compensation and benefit/reward management experience
- Deep understanding of labor law and related regulations
- Analytical thinking, high accuracy, strong managerial skills
