This is the backbone of a company where great work is seen and rewarded. ■ Talent Acquisition Strategy Establish and run the talent acquisition strategy that secures the high-quality talent DBI needs to grow — defining the standards and frameworks for how we attract and select the best people. ■ HR Business Partnership & People Growth Partner with business leaders to understand organizational and workforce needs and deliver practical HR solutions. Drive employee development and talent-management initiatives so people can perform, grow, and build meaningful careers, and proactively surface organizational and employee issues to strengthen engagement and effectiveness. ■ Employee Relations & Labor Compliance As the primary HR contact in Bali, handle employee relations and provide HR guidance to employees and managers in line with Indonesian labor law and company policy, ensuring timely resolution of HR matters. Oversee foreign-employee work-permit compliance (visa, KITAS, RPTKA) as part of sound HR governance. ■ Executive Communication & Interpretation Serve as the key person for communication between the Korea headquarters and Bali organization team for executive reporting and key management meetings. Who We’re Excited to Meet: Required Skills: • Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Operations role with broad HR exposure. • Fluent in Korean and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach to identifying and resolving HR and organizational issues. • Willing and able to be based in Bali. Preferred Qualification: • Experience working in a Korean company or multinational company. • Experience partnering with business leaders on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, employee development, and organizational initiatives.
