PT Serveone MRO Indonesia seeks an HRGA Staff for its Jakarta Selatan office to support Human Resources and General Affairs functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Coordinate benefits, leave, and HR administration
- Support HR policy implementation and compliance
- Understand Indonesia Manpower Regulation
- Provide administrative support for facilities, supplies, and operations
- Address HR and general affairs inquiries cross-functionally
- Improve HR and GA processes
Requirements:
- 2-3 years HRGA experience in professional environments
- Mandatory Korean language proficiency (required to speak Korean; preferential treatment for Korean language proficiency test qualification)
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication across all employee levels
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
- HR compliance knowledge
- Proactive, customer-service oriented
