What You'll Do: - Establish, review, update standard operating procedures, work instructions, and environmental/safety registers - Monitor and compile RKL-RPL reports semiannually per Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL/UKL-UPL) - Execute 2027 PROPER Green Award roadmap with 100% SIMPEL KLH system data accuracy - Liaise with government officials (KLH/DLH) for community empowerment programs - Conduct site walkthroughs and Workplace Risk Assessments for hazard/pollution identification - Develop environmental training and awareness campaigns Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Safety/Health, Environmental Engineering, or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) - Minimum 3 years HSE experience in manufacturing/construction - Understanding of safety, health, environmental management principles and regulations - Analytical skills; effective communication across all levels - Mandatory: Ahli K3 Umum Kemnaker certification - Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - English proficiency (speaking/writing) Preferred Qualifications: - SMK3 Auditor certification - Environmental certifications (PPPA, PPPU, PLB3) - Able to speak Korean is an additional point Compensation & Benefits: - Working hours: Monday-Friday, 07:00-16:00 - Health insurance - Canteen meals - Shuttle transportation
