Responsibilities: establish, review and update SOPs, work instructions and environmental/safety registers; monitor and compile RKL-RPL reports semiannually per Environmental Impact Assessment requirements; execute the 2027 PROPER Green Award roadmap with 100% data accuracy in the SIMPEL KLH system; liaise with government officials and local communities for empowerment initiatives; conduct site walkthroughs and workplace risk assessments for hazard identification; develop environmental training and awareness campaigns for factory employees. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Safety/Health, Environmental Engineering or related Engineering fields; minimum 3 years HSE experience in manufacturing or construction; understanding of safety, health and environmental management principles; analytical and multi-level communication skills; mandatory Ahli K3 Umum Kemnaker certification; preferred SMK3 Auditor and environmental certifications (PPPA, PPPU, PLB3); Microsoft Office proficiency; English proficiency (speaking and writing); Korean language ability is advantageous; willingness to work at Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung, Bekasi.
