Korea Trade Indonesia focuses on importing Korean products into Indonesia, including fashion, lifestyle products, and food items. The company aims to build a strong Korea-Indonesia trade channel. Position Overview: An experienced Import & Trade Operations Manager is needed to manage and coordinate international import operations from Korea to Indonesia, overseeing the full import process including supplier coordination, logistics management, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Import Operations: - Manage full import process from Korea to Indonesia - Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics companies - Monitor shipment schedules and delivery timelines Documentation & Compliance: - Prepare and review import documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Import documentation - Ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations Supplier & Partner Coordination: - Communicate with Korean suppliers and international partners - Coordinate with forwarders and customs brokers Cost & Logistics Management: - Estimate import costs including freight, duties, and taxes - Support shipment planning (Air/LCL/FCL) Process Development: - Build efficient import procedures - Improve operational workflow Requirements: - Minimum 3-5 years import/export operations experience - Strong understanding of international trade procedures - Experience handling import documentation - Ability to coordinate with multiple parties - Business-fluent English proficiency - Must have Indonesian work authorisation rights Preferred: - Experience with Korean suppliers or international trade - Logistics or freight coordination experience What We Offer: - Key role in building Korea-Indonesia trade business - Dynamic, growing company environment - Long-term career growth opportunity
