As a Korean-speaking Associate you act as the information bridge between global decision-makers (top-tier investment banks, hedge funds, strategy consultancies and Fortune 500 corporations) and specialized industry experts. Day-to-day responsibilities: deconstructing client briefs to identify knowledge gaps and the exact industry insights required; high-level headhunting through deep profile research on professional networks to identify top-tier industry leaders; cold outreach and persuasion by phone and email to pitch projects and convince global experts to join consultations; and end-to-end project management, matching vetted experts with clients, coordinating schedules across international time zones and ensuring every client interaction runs seamlessly. Requirements: fluency in Korean (TOPIK 5 / TOPIK 6 or native level) and fluent/business English is a must; a result-oriented, KPI-driven sales mindset; resilience toward cold outreach and rejection; a bachelor's degree in any discipline with solid organization, rapid information processing and problem-solving skills; and an adaptable, curious international mindset for a diverse multicultural team.
