IT Comtor L2 AMS (Korean Speaking)

NTT DATA seeks an IT Comtor L2 AMS (Korean Speaking) to support Korean customers and Application Management Services teams in Vietnam. The successful candidate serves as the primary communication bridge between Korean stakeholders and support teams, facilitating incident management, service requests, change requests and daily operational activities. Key responsibilities: provide interpretation during support meetings, workshops and operational discussions; translate tickets, incident reports, change requests, service requests, emails and technical documentation; support incident triage and communication between customers and support teams; track and follow up on incident resolution progress; coordinate service requests and change requests throughout the support lifecycle; maintain support documentation and knowledge repositories; monitor ticket status and support SLA tracking; support periodic service reporting and customer reviews. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Korean Studies, Business Administration, Translation & Interpretation or related fields; TOPIK Level 5 or above; minimum 2 years experience as IT Comtor, AMS Coordinator, Korean Interpreter or Customer Support Coordinator; understanding of AMS or IT support operations; familiarity with Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change Management processes. Preferred: experience supporting Korean customers in AMS or Managed Services; ITIL knowledge; experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or Remedy; English communication ability.
