IT Infrastructure & Network Management - Manage and maintain office network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, dedicated line, server room environment) - Coordinate with external vendors and HQ for network maintenance and system reliability - Ensure proper monitoring of server room conditions (temperature, humidity, cleanliness) 2. IT Asset & System Administration - Handle IT asset procurement, documentation, allocation, and lifecycle management - Maintain accurate asset records and conduct periodic inspections - Manage disposal of unused or obsolete IT equipment 3. User Access & Security Management - Administer VPN accounts (creation, deletion, troubleshooting) - Manage Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Authenticator, Teams, Outlook) - Support DocuRay system administration and access control - Monitor and maintain IT security policies including blocked sites/program tracking 4. Enterprise System & HQ Coordination - Support LXI Groupware and internal systems (SAP, web-based systems) - Coordinate with HQ (Biz Innovation team) regarding licenses, system access, and technical matters - Act as local liaison for IT-related matters between Indonesia office and HQ 5. New Joiner & End-User Support - Prepare IT setup for new employees (laptop configuration, system access, required software installation) - Provide onboarding IT guidance and induction support - Deliver day-to-day IT troubleshooting and technical assistance 6. IT Budget & Administration - Manage and record IT-related expenses and vendor invoices - Support IT documentation and compliance reporting Candidate Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in IT related major from reputable Universities 2. Having working experiences at least 8 years in Network, PC, information Security Management area 3. Fluent in English (both Speaking and Writing). Korean Speaker is a Plus point 4.
