IT Software and Improvement Staff

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Account & Access Support
- Create, update, and deactivate user accounts in company systems
- Perform regular checks on employee accounts, including resigned staff
- Support system access setup (SAP, Sunfish, Web System, etc.)
- Assist in managing user authorization and permissions
2. Approval & System Administration
- Help update approval lines when there are organizational changes
- Support basic system configuration and data updates
3. System & User Support
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot system issues
- Guide employees on how to use company systems properly
- Assist with system setup for new business entities if required
4. Process & Project Support
- Support testing (UAT) before new system or process implementation
- Help prepare simple user guides and internal announcements
- Coordinate with HQ or vendors for system-related matters
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least Bachelor's degree in IT related field
2. Meticulous and detail oriented
3. Fresh-graduates are welcome to apply
4. High Proficiency in English (both Spoken and Written). Korean Speaker is a Plus point
5. Willing to work in SCBD, South Jakarta area
