What You'll Do

• 1. Own and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring timely and accurate communication across clients and internal teams

• 2. Provide real-time interpretation between Korean management and local teams, including translation of technical documents (KR–ID–EN)

• 3. Act as the key liaison between clients and the project team, facilitating data discussions, interviews, and stakeholder alignment

• 4. Monitor project schedules, operations, and deadlines to keep deliverables on track

• 5. Support data analysis for project planning and reporting

• 6. Prepare and review weekly and monthly progress reports

• 7. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client commitment

What We're Looking For

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2. Prior experience in an IT environment; experience in a Korean company is a strong advantage

• 3. Korean proficiency at TOPIK Level 4 or above, with solid English communication skills (written and verbal)

• 4. Proficiency in MS Office with an ability to understand technical project workflows

• 5. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• 6. A proactive mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow

• 7. Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
