Position Overview: Recent graduate students. Core Responsibilities: 1. Korean Language Teaching (TOPIK Preparation): Conduct TOPIK exam-focused instruction aligned with university standards; develop customized teaching plans to help students achieve target TOPIK certification levels. 2. Student Management: Oversee Korean language program and work-integrated learning project students; manage daily discipline, safety, student progress monitoring; organize regular class meetings and provide academic guidance. 3. Documentation & School Coordination: Maintain teaching records, student files, class logs, evaluation materials, leave requests, and internship registrations; coordinate regularly with school departments to implement teaching and student management directives. 4. Korean University Transfer & Visa Services: Facilitate third-year student Korean university transfer programs; provide school selection, admission consultation, and application planning guidance; organize application materials and school liaison; manage visa application processes and support student overseas reporting. 5. Additional Duties: Assist with student activities, academic culture building, safety education, holiday student management, and follow-up support for graduated students; complete other assigned tasks.
