Responsibilities: handle air freight import and export bookings, accept and respond to booking inquiries, and arrange transportation, routes and schedules according to cargo requirements; track shipments from booking confirmation through port arrival and manage exceptions; organize and process import-export cargo documentation and bills of lading, including CELLO system processing; confirm costs, reconcile invoices, input system data, and assist the settlement department with routine and exceptional logistics fees. Requirements: accredited associate degree (统招大专) or above, logistics or international trade background preferred; familiarity with air export procedures and logistics fundamentals; at least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage or logistics; proficiency with office software; English CET-4 or above; Korean speakers are given priority (会韩语者优先); strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, teamwork orientation, and good communication and learning ability. Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday. Location: Room 301, Building A, Wanxiang City, 1799 Wuzhong Road, Minhang District, Shanghai. Salary: 8,000-10,000 RMB per month.
