Key Account Executive (Korean Speaker)

About The Role
The Key Account Executive – Korea & Mongolia drives sales growth, customer development, and execution efficiency across the two markets.
Job Descriptions
- Manage and grow sales performance for key customers across Korea and Mongolia, including Modern Trade, Pharmacy Chains, HABA and E-commerce platforms
- Develop strong customer relationships, ensuring collaborative Joint Business Planning to drive category growth and brand visibility
- Implement annual and quarterly commercial plans covering promotions, activation, pricing, and new product launches
- Conduct business reviews, analyze account performance, and propose actions to achieve NSV, distribution, and visibility targets
- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to ensure smooth execution and operational excellence
- Monitor demand forecasting, stock levels, and replenishment cycles to prevent OOS and excess inventory
- Track and analyze shopper insights, digital metrics, and competitor activities across both markets
- Manage trading terms, negotiations, and contracts in compliance with company policies
- Ensure strong online execution: content quality, traffic, conversion, and share of voice for major e-commerce partners
- Support distributor partners and merchandising vendors in Korea/Mongolia to strengthen execution at store level
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years in Key Account / Modern Trade / E-commerce sales in FMCG
- Experience managing cross-market or distributor-led environments is a plus
- Proficiency in Korean (Minimum TOPIK 5); English required
- Knowledge of Mongolian retail landscape is beneficial
- Willingness to travel to Korea & Mongolia
- Ability to work with multi-market stakeholders
