KOL & Social Media Specialist (Content Creator) Company: STYLE KOREAN INDONESIA Location: South Tangerang, Banten Job Type: Full time Responsibilities: - Be a talent, model, or cast member for Style Korean Indonesia video content - Manage the presence of Style Korean Indonesia brands on social media, especially Instagram and TikTok - Identify the latest social media trends and implement them into a content strategy to attract views and engage with the audience - Work alongside the creative team to develop fresh social media content on a daily basis and be involved in the end-to-end process of content production - Monitor the performance of created content and the growth of the account, including but not limited to the number of likes, followers, comments, etc. - Proactively suggest new creative ideas to enhance content engagement - Identify and research potential KOLs / influencers relevant to the brand and target audience - Reach out to influencers and negotiate collaboration terms - Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs - Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns Requirements: - 2 years experience in being a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube - Passionate about the beauty industry - Possess broad knowledge and experience working with social media platforms, whether professionally or personally - Experience in creating strong and engaging content on Instagram and TikTok, with proven results such as appearing on the For You Page (FYP) and achieving a high number of likes/followers - Up-to-date with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms - Comfortable and confident working in front of a camera - Required soft skills: time management, content writing, and communication (both verbal and written) skills - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral and written).
