Key responsibilities: act as communication bridge between the client and the development team; receive, analyze, and clarify client requirements for the development team; investigate existing systems and propose development approaches; prepare project documents such as WBS, BRD, SRS, Function List, and Screen Design; support document translation as needed; manage and monitor project implementation progress; report weekly and monthly progress to client and management. Requirements: bachelor's degree in Korean, IT, or related field; 6 months to 2 years of experience as an IT BA or 3-4 years of experience as an IT Communicator (Comtor); proficient in Korean (TOPIK level 5-6); basic English proficiency; experience working with Korean clients; proficiency with BA tools (DrawIO, Balsamiq, Visio); experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence); ERP project experience preferred.
